New rates in Orlen's price list. All wholesale fuel prices up

On Friday, Orlen increased the wholesale prices of Eurosuper 95 gasoline by PLN 54, Super Plus 98 gasoline by PLN 34, and Ekodiesel diesel oil by PLN 29 per cubic meter. Previously, on Thursday, the price of Eurosuper 95 gasoline in the company's wholesale price list increased, and the prices of Super Plus 98 gasoline and Ekodiesel diesel oil were lower than the day before.
According to the group's wholesale price list on Friday, unleaded Eurosuper 95 petrol costs PLN 5,000 there. PLN 290 per cubic meter, Super Plus 98 unleaded petrol costs PLN 5,000. PLN 794 per cubic meter, while Ekodiesel diesel oil costs PLN 5,000. PLN 628 per cubic meter.

Fuel prices. Eurosuper 95 more expensive on Thursday and Friday
The day before, only the wholesale price of Eurosuper 95 gasoline increased – by PLN 53, to PLN 5,000. PLN 236 per cubic meter. At the same time, Orlen reduced wholesale prices of Super Plus 98 gasoline by PLN 17, to PLN 5,000. PLN 760 per cubic meter, and Ekodiesel diesel oil by PLN 51, to PLN 5,000. PLN 599 per cubic meter.
From March 31, all stations in Poland have maximum fuel prices, temporarily introduced as part of the government regulation package CPN “Fuel Prices Lower”, which is intended to limit the increase in prices of these products. They are determined on the basis of the average wholesale price of fuel on the domestic market, plus excise duty, fuel fee, as well as sales margin and VAT.

The government package is valid until June 15. On Thursday, Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka announced that his ministry, as well as the ministries of state assets and finance, are conducting analyses, but have not yet made a decision on a possible extension of the “Lower Fuel Prices” package.
The attack by the United States and Israel on Iran on February 28 resulted in an increase in global crude oil prices, as well as in the prices of finished fuels, which translated into retail prices of these products at gas stations, including in Poland.
