Three days remain until voting for public spaces ends

Almost 157 thousand Krasnoyarsk residents have already taken part in the vote on the choice of public spaces for improvement in 2027. The selection of territories is taking place throughout the country within the framework of the “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” program of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, initiated by the President of Russia.

Krasnoyarsk residents choose from 17 public spaces. Only 8 of them with the most votes will be improved next year.

Volunteers help Krasnoyarsk residents vote. Over the course of a month and a half, more than 1,000 volunteers became city helpers. They work in educational institutions, city parks and squares, during various events and activities. Volunteers are easily identified by their white and blue vests.

“We tell residents about those spaces and objects that are participating in the vote, and also help them get authorized if a person has any difficulties. Most often, Krasnoyarsk residents give preference to choosing parks and squares near their home, so that there are even more locations for family walks,” said Nilufar Sharifova, a specialist in working with youth at the Krasnoyarsk volunteer center “Good Deed.”

On June 11 at 10:00, volunteers can be met near the “Krasnoyarsk – City of Labor Valor” stele, and on June 12, the last day of voting, on Yarkiye Beregi.
