On June 10, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on modernizing the amount of monetary support for police officers and civil protection service employees (No. 6506-1). The press service of the parliament reported this.

  • bonuses for length of service;
  • bonuses;
  • other types of monetary support (including permanent and one-time ones), determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Money will be accrued in a new way from January 1, 2027.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Igor Klimenko, thanked the people's deputies for accepting the document. “This is an important decision about respect for the service.
