In Krasnoyarsk, an entrepreneur is accused of non-existent research for kindergartens worth 1.8 million rubles

In Krasnoyarsk, the director of a company accused of fraud in the execution of a municipal contract will appear in court. The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region reported this.

According to investigators, the story began in 2015. The company received a contract to conduct laboratory research and instrumental measurements in preschool institutions in Krasnoyarsk. At the same time, according to law enforcement officers, the organization did not have the necessary accreditation, technical base or real opportunity to carry out such work.

To create the appearance of fulfilling the contract, the head of the company prepared fictitious protocols for measuring and assessing the chemical factors of the air in kindergartens. Then the documents, together with the acceptance certificates, were handed over to the customer. The damage to the budget of Krasnoyarsk amounted to 1.8 million rubles.

During the investigation, the accused’s car, worth 1.9 million rubles, was seized. The prosecutor's office also filed a civil claim for the amount of damage caused.

The prosecutor approved charges of fraud. The criminal case will be considered by the Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
