According to the specialist, for a comfortable sleep it is important to properly organize the bedroom. Before going to bed, the doctor also recommends ventilating the room to saturate the air with oxygen. If the air outside is clean and warm, you can leave the window open at night.

A warm bath or shower, herbal tea, reading a paper book, muscle relaxation and breathing practices can help you fall asleep. At the same time, the doctor does not advise choosing tense detective stories before bed.
