A 14-year-old Muscovite burned his friend alive on a playground; he was sentenced to 5 years in prison for murder with extreme cruelty.
A quarrel occurred between peers in the courtyard of a house in South Butovo. One doused the other with gasoline and set him on fire. For almost a month, doctors fought for the life of the victim with burns to 100% of his body, but they could not save him.
The parents of the deceased received the news that he had died 10 minutes after they left the hospital after their appointment.

A year later, the court sentenced the 14-year-old arsonist to 5 years in a correctional colony for a crime under paragraph “e” of Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed with extreme cruelty).
