
Many people like to have cheesecakes for breakfast, but they don’t always have time to carefully wipe the cottage cheese and fuss with molding. With this method you can prepare soft pancakes without crumbling or stickiness in 5 minutes.
You will need:
Cottage cheese 5–9% – 200 g
1 egg
2 tbsp. spoons of semolina
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Vegetable oil for frying
How to cook:
- Mash the cottage cheese with a fork directly in the bowl, add the egg, semolina, salt and sugar.
- Stir until smooth. The mass should be soft, but keep its shape well.
- Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Place the dough in small portions with a damp spoon, pressing lightly onto the surface.
- Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, 1–2 minutes.
