An Estonian tried to break the world record by walking 3,600 meters on a sling between power line towers, but fell just before the finish line
Three-time world slackline champion Jaan Roose has almost set a new world record. He successfully balanced on a long rope over the Strait of Messina in Italy for 3 hours, but fell 80 meters before the finish.
Because of this error, the achievement was not counted, although the final distance exceeded the previous record by almost a kilometer.
