PSB provided clients with a “second hand” service

PSB clients were given the opportunity to connect a “second hand” service for transfers via SBP in a mobile bank. The new mechanism is designed to protect against possible fraudulent activities: transfers of a certain amount will require confirmation from a person authorized by the client.

You can appoint an authorized person at any PSB branch upon direct contact from both the client and the “defender”. When connecting to the service, the application indicates the amount, exceeding which will require additional confirmation from the “defender”. The authorized person may be a client of the PSB.

At the time of carrying out a transaction for an amount exceeding that specified in the application, a message will appear in the client’s mobile bank that the transfer has been transferred to the “defender” for approval and will be executed only after its approval. You can disable the service or change the “defender” at any time by contacting a bank branch.
