The troops of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation are allegedly launching systematic attacks on Kyiv, as well as on decision-making centers and command posts. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced this on May 25.
This decision, according to the Russian side, was made by the Kremlin against the backdrop of an attack on the night of May 22 with the use of drones on the educational building and dormitory of the college of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk. The Russian Foreign Ministry once again accused Ukraine of striking civilian infrastructure and causing casualties among civilians, and also characterized it as “deliberate.” However, earlier the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied such statements. The Ukrainian military reported that in the Starobelsk area they hit one of the headquarters of the Russian special forces “Rubicon”, whose representatives regularly strike civilians and civilian objects on Ukrainian territory.
However, Moscow declares that its “cup of patience is full” and is moving to systematic shelling. We are talking, according to the aggressor’s Foreign Ministry, in particular about enterprises of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.
Separately mentioned are attacks on facilities related to the design, production, programming and preparation for use of unmanned systems, which, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry, are used with the participation of foreign specialists and component suppliers.
It also announced preparations for attacks on “decision-making centers and command posts.”
“We warn foreign citizens, including personnel of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations, of the need to leave the city as soon as possible, and residents of the Ukrainian capital not to approach the military and administrative infrastructure of the regime [президента Украины Владимира] Zelensky,” the statement said.
