In Krasnoyarsk, the house on Spartakovtsev Street, where the attic space collapsed today, can be resettled. The decision will be made based on the results of an instrumental examination, the mayor’s office reported.
The administration held a meeting of the emergency situations commission. It was decided to recognize the situation as a threat of an emergency. Management company “Bullfinches» and the Department of Municipal Economy of Krasnoyarsk must restore the thermal circuit of the building within 2 days.

In the near future, the mayor's office will find a contractor who will conduct an instrumental examination of the ceilings. Based on this, a decision will be made to move the house or repair it. Now the administration of the Oktyabrsky district is visiting all the apartments and inviting residents to move to a flexible fund.
Let us remind you that the collapse of the attic space in the entrance of a residential building on Spartakovtsev Street, 77 occurred on the morning of December 2 during the replacement of slate. The residents of the house were not injured.
The prosecutor's office noted that the house with 8 apartments was built in 1954. In 2019, the building's wear and tear amounted to 60%, and it was declared unsafe. At the same time, the facade was repaired. It was planned to resettle the house in 2035. An inspection of the causes and conditions of the collapse was carried out, as well as the legality of the repair work and its compliance with safety requirements.
