The first step is cleansing
In the evening, thoroughly remove makeup from the face, then wash with soft foam or gel. Dirt and residues of decorative cosmetics should not prevent the skin from breathing. The following steps only work for a clean face.
Second step – massage
Use your fingers to perform a light massage without pressure. Start from the center of the chin, lead to the cheekbones, then from the bridge of the nose to the temples, from the center of the forehead upward. The movements are soft, sliding. The goal is not to stretch the skin, but to improve lymph flow and relieve tension. 2-3 minutes is enough.
Third step – oil
Apply 2-3 drops of natural oil – almond, jojoba, apricot kernels or grape seed – to damp skin. The oil nourishes, soothes irritations, and removes peeling. The main thing is not to pour too much, otherwise the pores will become clogged.
The main secret is breathing
Close your eyes, exhale slowly and just sit quietly for 3-5 minutes. You don't need to imagine anything. Monitor your breathing, allowing your facial muscles to relax naturally. Most people don’t even notice that they are constantly tense their forehead, move their eyebrows, and clench their jaw. This habitual tension creates wrinkles and makes the face look tired. Conscious relaxation removes these tensions in a few minutes.
Why does it work more effectively than expensive procedures?
Natalya admits: she used to spend huge sums on cosmetologists. There was an effect, but it was short-lived. In a hurry, the procedures did not produce lasting results. It turned out that five minutes of calm home care works better than hours in a beauty salon under stress.
When to expect results
The first improvements are visible after 3-4 days: morning swelling goes away, the skin looks fresher. After 2–3 weeks, the cumulative effect: fine wrinkles are smoothed out, the oval of the face becomes clearer.
“I tried Natalia’s routine – I cleanse my face, do a light massage, drip jojoba oil and sit with my eyes closed for 5 minutes.
