30 domestic electronic warfare installations costing 600 thousand rubles each, along with components, arrived in the Northern Military District zone. Lipetsk industrialists handed over the high-tech humanitarian aid to the front.
Just a year ago, electronic warfare systems were mainly assembled from imported components. But the demand for them is high, the wait is long, and caring manufacturers decided that it would be easier and faster to make installations here. They opened a workshop, established a process, and have been manufacturing equipment for several months now as part of the “Lipetsk Industry for Victory” project, which was launched by the speaker of the regional legislative assembly, Vladimir Serikov, with the support of Governor Igor Artamonov.
Another 30 enterprises participate in the initiative, which produce frost- and dust-resistant “loaders” for machine guns, “cats” for mine clearance and mock-ups of guns that can confuse enemy thermal imagers. Our immediate plans include sending stretchers and drone nets.
