Trump warns Iran 'time is running out' after talks stall: 'Move fast'

US President Donald Trump has warned Iran that “time is running out” after negotiations to end the war stalled.
“They better move FAST or there won't be any of them left. TIME IS OF THE ESSENTIAL,” Trump said in a post on his platform, Truth Social.
The message was published ahead of a conversation that the White House leader was to have with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, according to the BBC.
Iranian media reported on Sunday that the United States did not make concrete concessions in its response to Tehran's latest proposals for ending the conflict.
The lack of compromises from Washington would lead to a “deadlock in negotiations”, the semi-official Mehr agency wrote.
Donald Trump had warned since last week that the truce in force since the beginning of April is “artificially sustained”, after rejecting the demands made by Tehran.
The leader of the White House categorized Iran's counterproposals to the American offer as “totally unacceptable”.
On the other hand, Esmail Baghaei claimed that Tehran's proposals were “responsible” and “generous”.
According to Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency, Tehran's proposal includes an immediate end to the war on all fronts, an end to the US naval blockade of Iranian ports and guarantees that Iran will not be attacked again.
The document would also include, according to the same source, the request for compensation for the damage caused by the war and the reaffirmation of Iran's sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
