Marius Marin, getting closer to Seville
Arriving in Pisa in 2018, from Catanzaro, on loan, Marius Marin was later transferred permanently for around 400,000 euros, quickly becoming an important piece in the team from Tuscany. In his career, he also played at Sassuolo.
For the national team of Romania, Marius Marin collected 36 selections, his debut being recorded in 2021, under the command of Mirel Rădoi. Since then, he has become a constant presence in the “tricolor” team.
The Sevilla scouts asked me and I told them about him. I told them it was the right thing to do. Sevilla would have a very good player in the midfield who is excellent at passing, rebounding and so on. It would have more quality. I am very happy for Marius Marin.
Sevilla is looking for such a player, he is also a Romanian international. I think it fits perfectly into what the people there want, it's their style.
It is sensational for Sevilla that he comes free of contract. It's a club that is now facing big financial problems, but Marius Marin will meet a fantastic audience there.
