I forgot about rough heels: I do one thing before bed and my skin becomes smooth

If the skin on your feet becomes rough, cracks at the edges, or does not soften even after using pumice, it is not a matter of uncomfortable shoes. Most often, the epidermis is simply dehydrated and has lost its natural lipid barrier, especially in the off-season, when the air is dry and radiators dry out the room.

But you can soften your feet without aggressive scrubs and salon pedicures. It is enough to apply a thick layer of regular Vaseline or thick baby cream to your heels and dry areas every evening. Just massage the product into your skin before going to bed and put on thin cotton socks. There is no need to remove it in the morning; the residue will be absorbed on its own or washed off easily.

After just four to six days, the calluses will stop clinging to your socks, the skin will become softer and begin to retain moisture. And in ten days you will be able to wear open sandals without fear of seeing peeling and deep cracks.

The main thing is to perform the procedure regularly. The oily base works not as a temporary mask, but as a protective screen that restores the structure of the skin from the inside.
