Discussions with ANAF will also take place online. The tax office is preparing a platform used for controls and hearings
ANAF and the Ministry of Finance are preparing a videoconferencing platform that will allow taxpayers to chat online with the Tax Office, without the need to travel to its offices. The platform will be used in fiscal controls, hearings and mediations, according to a draft order of ANAF, made public on Friday.
The MF-ANAF videoconferencing platform is to be connected with the ANAF internet portal and the Virtual Private Space (SPV) service.
The project is part of the PNRR and has the implementation deadline of June 30, 2026.
The persons participating in the meetings by using the means of remote video communication identify themselves in the MF-ANAF video conference platform by any of the following:
- a) qualified certificates related to the SPV account;
- b) NPOTP – the user identifier representing the username and password related to the SPV account and OTP;
- c) ROeID.
