NINE's combines sports emotions, modern gastronomy and events carried out on a grand scale, creating one of the most characteristic meeting places in Warsaw.
The team behind the success of such Warsaw concepts as Munja and Baila is responsible for the current direction of the restaurant. His experience is visible primarily in the kitchen – today NINE's presents a new menu, inspired by modern American cuisine, based on expressive flavors and high-quality products.
One of the most recognizable symbols of NINE's remains on the menu – a nine-shaped pretzel baked on-site, which over the years has become one of the flagship items of the restaurant's menu. Next to it, there are new proposals that quickly gain the attention of guests: a juicy cheeseburger with melted cheddar, which the guests pour over the dish themselves, beef tartare with truffles, roast beef carpaccio and octopus. The card focuses on intensity and diversity, but without unnecessarily complicating the form.
Experience and consistency stand behind quality
From this year, Mariusz Tarnowski took over the helm of the NINE's kitchen – a chef with over 20 years of experience in Warsaw gastronomy, gained in the highest positions. Cooking has always been with him, and today he translates this passion into his daily work at NINE's, being responsible for the consistency of the menu and its development.
It also introduces original proposals that define the new version of the restaurant. These included, among others: Ruben Sandwich, one of his favorites, and an extensive selection of grilled steaks, which are becoming one of the pillars of the current NINE's concept.
A space that works in many formats
NINE's is not only a restaurant, but also a multi-level event space designed for various forms of events. Several floors, also available exclusively, allow you to organize both small meetings and larger business or private events.
Corporate dinners, events and celebrations gain an appropriate setting here – the industrial character of Warsaw Brewery combines with a modern interior and a sports atmosphere, creating a coherent and recognizable whole.

NINE's remains one of the most recognizable points on the gastronomic map of Warsaw, while at the same time organizing its offer and giving it a more conscious direction. The new menu and changes in the kitchen are part of the natural development of the place, which from the very beginning has combined gastronomy, sports and event space.
