A surprising movement of Sławomir Mentzen on support in the second round. “There is no better way”
“I invite both candidates: Karol Nawrocki and Rafał Trzaskowski to talk to me on the YT channel. During the conversation, please sign a declaration in accordance with the expectations of my voters. There is no better way to convince my voters than appearing in my social media” – he wrote on Tuesday after 19.

He then added: “My voters do not watch your television, they do not buy the propaganda of your media. They use social media, watch my materials. If you care about their voices, convince them to each other. Welcome!”
Rafał Trzaskowski (31.36 percent) won the presidential election, right behind him was followed by Karol Nawrocki from 29.54 percent. Sławomir Mentzen took third place in the presidential election – he obtained 14.81 percent. votes, i.e. 2.9 million votes. And it is the voices of his voters to largely determine the result of the vote in the second round, which will take place on June 1.
Earlier, confederation spokeswoman Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik said:-We have a very conscious electorate and we believe that she knows, based on her views, beliefs and our own conscience, what decision to make in the second round.
What did Mentzen say before?
Before the first round of elections, in the context of the scandal regarding the takeover of Jerzy Nawrocki by Karol Nawrocki, Mentzen strongly criticized the PiS candidate. “I attacked the whole campaign Trzaskowski and Tusk. Because they deserved it. I saved Nawrocki, despite the fact that he did not seem to be the best chosen candidate. But there are some boundaries that Nawrocki, and you with him, crossed it,” he said.
-In the entire PiS and the PiS environment you were not able to find one fairly honest man who has no such embankments behind him. (…) If you support this party, think about who you really support and what your politicians do, what your party members do, because they just do very bad things – said the politician at the time.
In turn, when commenting on Trzaskowski's candidacy, he replied during one of the rallies: – See how you smile nicely. This is his most important competence to be president – he ironically. “Let this lady (a woman supporting the candidate of KO – ed.) Present the greatest advantages of Trzaskowski,” he added.
