It all started when the participant in the video described the man as a person of non-traditional sexual orientation, and he, in turn, decided to “teach her the rules of the Russian language.”
Neighbors complain that such showdowns happen all the time at their entrance on Vasilievsky Island, and there is no enforcement against violent neighbors.
