Spain is breaking price records. Poles are buying more and more real estate there

The latest report by Registradores de Espana shows that in the first quarter of this year. Poles were responsible for 4.61 percent. all foreign transactions.

Despite great enthusiasm, the authors of the report recommend caution, signaling that such a rapid price increase may soon lead to a cooling of the market. Investors should be aware that current conditions may change in the coming months.
