
The author of the Ukrainian YouTube channel “TIANA Gotuvati Simply” shared a recipe for making dough without yeast, which makes incredibly airy and fragrant pies.
Pies according to this recipe are prepared very easily and quickly: just mix the simplest ingredients – and you can already form the pies. In this case, there is no need to wait for the dough to rise or rest.
Ingredients for filling:
- 300 g minced chicken;
- two onions;
- pepper and salt to taste.
Products for the test:
- 250 ml milk;
- 30 g olive oil;
- 0.5 tsp. salt;
- 1 tsp. Sahara;
- 430 g flour;
- 8 g baking powder;
- one egg;
- sesame.
Preparation
- Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix milk, olive oil, add salt and sugar.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Knead the dough and roll it into a circle. Cut into triangles.
- Place the filling in the center and wrap like bagels.
- Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush them with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
