In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in 2026, repairs are planned on six sections of regional highways that are part of the supporting road network. This was reported by the regional Department of Highways.
The work will be carried out under the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, the total mileage of the restored sections will be about 28 kilometers. More than 846 million rubles were allocated for these purposes from the federal and regional budgets.
The core road network is a system of main transport routes that connects key settlements, economic centers and important infrastructure facilities. They are designed for heavy traffic flow, which requires high quality coverage and appropriate infrastructure.
“One of the key objects on this list is the overhaul of the Krasnoyarsk-Yeniseisk highway in the section from 225 to 226 kilometers, which transits through the village of Shapkino in the Yenisei District. The facility will be fully commissioned this year. The contractor will replace the worn-out surface by laying two layers of asphalt concrete, strengthen the shoulders, install sidewalks, install barrier fencing and new road signs,” said Andrey Zhuravlev, head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Highway Administration.
This season, repairs will also take place on two sections of the Sayany highway in the Kuraginsky district – from 144 to 153 kilometers and from 153 to 166 kilometers, near Koshurnikovo. The asphalt will be replaced in the areas, the abysses will be eliminated, the intersections and junctions will be repaired, the ditches will be cleaned and the shoulders will be strengthened. Work on the first section is planned for two years. Similar work will be carried out on the section from 19 to 23 kilometers of the Sharypovo – Nazarovo road.
In Taimyr, repairs to the section from 40 to 45 kilometers of the entrance to Alykel airport will continue. The contractor will complete work on the Kochergino-Karatuzskoye highway section from kilometers 13 to 24. The facility is designed for two years, last season 3 kilometers were restored, this year it is planned to put the entire facility into operation, commissioning a little less than 6.5 kilometers more.
In total, under the national project “Infrastructure for Life” in 2026, work is planned on 59 objects of the regional road network. It is planned to restore 168 kilometers of road surfaces and put into operation 250 linear meters of bridge structures. The total cost of work to date is about 8.4 billion rubles.
