Exchange of fire between the US and Iran. Reports of mutual attacks

More information soon.
US troops attacked ports used for oil exports on the island of Keshm and in Bandar Abbas. Both ports lie on the Strait of Hormuz, Fox News reported. Moments later, information appeared about an attack on the Iranian maritime checkpoint Bandar Kargan in Minab.
However, the official quoted by Fox News said that the attacks do not mean the resumption of the war or the end of the ceasefire announced on April 7. The station also suggests that the current attacks are in retaliation for Iran's strikes on ports in Oman and the United Arab Emirates on Monday.
Iranian state media reported at almost the same time that U.S. forces also attacked an Iranian tanker, and Iran's military responded by attacking three U.S. destroyers in the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran's navy said in a statement that the United States had violated the ceasefire, so Iran responded with retaliatory strikes.
The attacks took place at a time when the United States is waiting for Iran's response to the American proposal, which aims to end the fighting between the two countries. So far, however, there has been no agreement on the most controversial issues, such as: Iran's nuclear program.
