On Monday, Nawrocki assured that he would publish his property declaration “if only a legal possibility”. “Today, my colleagues contact the Supreme Court to obtain this property declaration and publish, that you have already convinced that everything is fine in it” – Nawrocki announced on Monday.

(…) Karol Nawrocki tried to find him through neighbors and friends, but to no avail” – wrote the spokeswoman of Nawrocki in a statement.

On Monday, Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar pointed out that there was no way that the candidate for the office of the President of the Institute of National Remembrance would reveal his property declaration at any time.

The head of MS pointed out that in the case of the President of the Institute of National Remembrance, like the Ombudsman, the procedure assumes that the property declaration is sent to the first President of the Supreme Court. “It is the president of the Supreme Court who celebrates this and verifies these statements in terms of their compliance,” Bodnar reminded. At the same time, as he noted, “a property declaration every person holding office, including the President of the Institute of National Remembrance, may disclose at any time.
