They plan to search for the Usoltsev family, who disappeared in the fall of 2025 in the Kuturchinsky Belogorye, in an area that could not be fully examined last season due to the weather and difficult terrain.

Igor Dubrovsky, coordinator of the LizaAlert detachment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, told gornovosti.ru about this.

This area was noticed at a time when there was already snow and there was very little strength to get through there. Now the search engines continue to work with the data and periodically go to the site, but the main stage is only possible with improved weather conditions.

Let us recall that on September 28, 2025, the couple and their five-year-old daughter went for a short walk in the area of ​​Mount Buratinka (Kuturchinskoye Belogorye), without telling anyone the exact route. It became known only on the third day that they were missing.

“The first hours and even days were lost,” explains the coordinator. If the application arrives on the first day, in 90% of cases the person is found alive. On the third day – approximately 50%. And then this percentage decreases.

One of the misleading factors was the apparent simplicity of the route. On the day of the disappearance, the weather began to deteriorate, visibility dropped, and people lost their bearings. In addition, the family went out without equipment or suitable clothing.

During the search, various versions were discussed, including an attack by wild animals. However, search engines are skeptical about such assumptions. Such situations always leave noticeable traces – pieces of clothing, blood, drag marks. This was not the case here. “This is a terrible, but, unfortunately, a common case of neglect of safety precautions,” says the coordinator.
