The deputy director of the Rosseti Siberia branch – Krasnoyarskenergo met with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of the Achinsk municipal district. The main topic of the meeting was connecting new facilities to power grids.
The meeting took place on the initiative of the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Olga Zagitova.
In the format of an open dialogue, entrepreneurs were able to get answers to key questions. Deputy Director of the Krasnoyarskenergo branch Alexander Raspopov explained in detail the current procedures and regulatory requirements.
Particular attention at the meeting was paid to practical cases. Thus, entrepreneur from Achinsk Alexander Knigin, who has owned a family bakery for 20 years, sought advice on increasing the facility’s power to 50 kW. Possible solutions were considered, including the use of a preferential tariff.
“We, as a backbone network organization, strictly adhere to the standards established by the state. All of them are enshrined in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 861 of December 27, 2024. Particularly relevant was the issue of minimizing the execution time of technical connection agreements. During the meeting, the participants were explained the possibility of obtaining a temporary technological connection to speed up the connection of business facilities,” emphasized Alexander Raspopov, Deputy Director for Sales and Development of Services of the Rosseti Sibir branch – Krasnoyarskenergo.
