Rafał Zaorski is in trouble. There are new facts in the Zondacrypto case

Recently, “Rzeczpospolita” obtained shocking recordings that shed new light on Rafał Zaorski's relationship with Sylwester Suszek. Suszek, the creator of the BitBay power, disappeared without a trace in March 2022.

However, before he went underground, he documented his business relationships. One of the recordings from December 2020 reveals a dramatic conversation with the famous speculator Rafał Zaorski.
“Theft” and millions on the line
In the recording you can hear an outraged Suszek, who does not mince his words. He accuses Zaorski of taking funds from the stock exchange under the pretext of investing in Dubai, which he never returned.
“I'll tell you, Rafał, because that hurts me the most. The fact that you lost it is one thing, but the fact that you robbed me. You said in Dubai that you needed money and that you were sending it back. This is f… theft. And you know it well,” Suszek says in the recording described by “Rzeczpospolita”.
Zaorski does not deny this in the conversation. He admits to huge losses and declares: “I owe you a debt. I promised you something and I will never say a bad word about you“These words are key evidence in court battles today.
As “Superwizjer” reporters found out, the conflict moved to the courtroom. The operator of the Zondacrypto exchange (successor to BitBay) sued the Krypto Jam company, whose president was Zaorski. The initial amount of the dispute was over PLN 32 million, including a demand for the return of 150 bitcoins.
However, the version of events presented by Zaorski's entourage is different. They claim that the money and cryptocurrencies were not an ordinary loan, but funds for the so-called animating movement on the stock exchange – i.e. artificially generating turnover to give the impression of high liquidity. “But in the end he got away with the bitcoins“- says the “Superwizjer” informant.

The verdict and fear of “Mańek”
On April 24, 2026, the District Court in Warsaw issued a partial judgment. The claim for the return of 150 bitcoins was dismissed, but the fight for the remaining PLN 6.2 million continues.
In the background of the dispute, a criminal thread appears. As described by “Superwizjer” Zaorski is said to feel intimidated by the people who took over the debts of the missing Suszek. Investigators from Katowice in the case of the disappearance of the “king of cryptocurrencies” point to Marian W., alias “Maniek”, associated with the international fuel mafia and VAT fraud on a gigantic scale.
