Construction of a new residential building for the Yenisei social service center has begun in Lesosibirsk. The building will appear on the territory of the institution on the site of an old wooden building. This was reported by the Ministry of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The new building will be two-story and modular. Its total area will be almost 900 square meters. The building is designed to comfortably accommodate 51 people. Inside there will be living rooms, a kitchen, a treatment room, staff rooms, laundry and ironing rooms. An elevator will also be installed in the building. The ministry noted that similar prefabricated buildings are already used in the Turukhansky and Bolshemurtinsko-Sukhobuzimsky municipal districts. There, such premises housed comprehensive social service centers and a territorial social protection department.

“On behalf of Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, within the framework of supporting the national project “Family”, work is underway in the region to liquidate old buildings that house social service institutions. The new building will meet all sanitary and epidemiological requirements. The commissioning of the building will significantly improve living conditions for recipients of social services,” said Irina Pastukhova, Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The new building is planned to be erected by the end of summer. After completion of construction work, the building will be equipped with the necessary equipment and furniture.
