Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov signed a document appointing a new deputy chairman of the regional government.
Alena Mironova became the fifth deputy prime minister in the regional cabinet of ministers. She took office today, April 17. Previously, she was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Alena Mironova resigned her powers the day before, during the next session of parliament.
“Doctor, teacher, volunteer, deputy. A person with experience in medicine, in legislative work, and in live interaction with people. Alena Andreevna graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Medical University and has been teaching there at the Department of Public Health for 12 years. She built the work of the “Medical Volunteers” movement in the region, and during the Covid years she was one of the first to be on the front line of the fight against the epidemic. As a deputy of the Legislative Assembly in the last convocation, she worked on laws that directly affect the lives of people in the region. Many also know Alena Mironova as the head of the regional branch of the Russian Red Cross. Under her leadership, it became one of the best in the country,” this is how the governor of the region described the new deputy prime minister.
