In Krasnoyarsk, work began on the first mural in 2026. On the night of June 8, the frame of the picture was applied to the facade of house No. 131 on Sverdlovskaya Street, said Irina Brezhneva, head of the press and mass communications agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The heroine of the new image will be Elena Krutovskaya, a zoologist, founder of the “Living Corner” in the Stolby Nature Reserve. The mural is part of the “We are Krasnoyarsk” series.
Let us add that the first facade portraits – with images of Pozdeev, Astafiev, Hvorostovsky and Yarygin – appeared on residential buildings in Krasnoyarsk in the summer of 2021. Since then, new murals have been painted in the city every year: landscapes, portraits of prominent personalities and thematic compositions.
