For the first time in the history of war. Ukrainian works took the Russian position without the participation of infantry – Zelensky

According to him, the operation was carried out by ground-based robotic systems and drones, and the occupiers were forced to surrender.

Zelensky noted that Ukrainian systems, including Ratel, Termit, Ardal, Lynx, Zmey, Protector and Volya, have completed more than 22 thousand combat missions over the past three months alone. This, he said, means thousands of lives saved, because the most dangerous zones are now being replaced by military workers.

“The future is already on the battlefield, and Ukraine is creating it,” Zelensky emphasized.

In an address on the occasion of Gunsmith's Day, a professional holiday for workers in the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, Zelensky noted that the Ukrainian defense industry is developing rapidly and has already become a powerful modern system producing missiles, drones, artillery and robotic systems. According to him, these developments are used every day at the front, increase the effectiveness of defense and help save the lives of the military, in particular, through the use of unmanned technologies.

Zelensky also emphasized that Ukraine is becoming an important player in the global security sphere and is gradually moving to a model of international partnership in the production and export of defense technologies. He emphasized that every new Ukrainian development brings the country closer to a just and lasting peace.

“Our Ukrainian security experience, our military expertise is now the most desirable commodity for dozens of countries in the world. But we are building new cooperation with partners regarding weapons not in the same way as in the 90s or 2000s, when Ukrainian weapons and power were sold off, like on Black Friday. We do not hold our fair of our weapons and do not empty our warehouses, we offer a security partnership – long-term and profitable for Ukraine,” the head of state said.
