The authorities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have increased the size of a one-time regional payment for those who have entered into a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. At a meeting of the regional government, changes were made to the resolution “On additional social guarantees for certain categories of citizens.”
Now the total payment upon conclusion of the contract will be 3.1 million rubles. It will be available to citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as stateless persons and foreigners who were selected for military service in Krasnoyarsk or the Military Commissariat of the Krasnoyarsk Territory from November 10 to December 26, 2025.
It should be noted that military personnel who have entered into a contract are provided with uniforms and equipment. They can write off loans and mortgages up to 10 million rubles.
At the moment, in the region, within the framework of the Governor’s Decree, there is a whole range of social support measures for SVO participants and their families. It includes various types of assistance, guarantees, benefits when paying for housing and communal services, taxes, children receiving education, medical and social services, and attending state sports and cultural events.
