More than 2 thousand people applied for the preliminary vote of United Russia in the State Duma elections

Over 2.1 thousand applications were received for the preliminary vote of United Russia to select candidates for the State Duma. The competition was almost 5 people per place, said the secretary of the party’s General Council, Vladimir Yakushev.

Among those who applied were representatives of small and medium-sized businesses (one third of the total), workers in education, healthcare, social and cultural spheres (every fifth). Almost 20% of registered candidates are under 35 years of age. Participants in the special operation showed particular interest in the procedure.

“17% of applications are from our Heroes. All of them will receive support from leading experts in order to be able to speak confidently during the preliminary voting, learn the basics of political work, and work with voters,” said Vladimir Yakushev.

Chairman of the Federal Organizing Committee for Preliminary Voting, Alexander Karelin, noted the impeccable progress in accepting applications: “Preliminary voting has become a real instrument of public trust. It provides additional transparency and legitimacy to the elections.”

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 223 people showed up for the preliminary vote. Among them are Alexander Alexandrov (party member, Sverdlovsk group), Alexey Alekseev (party member, Yenisei group), Lidiya Ambrasovich (party member, Zheleznogorsk group), Galina Ampilogova (party member, Nazarovo district No. 12), Valentina Ananyeva (party member, Sosnovoborsk group) and Daria Ananyeva (non-party, Emelyanovsky district No. 8). This representation confirms the high competition and interest of the region’s residents in the formation of the future composition of the State Duma.

Almost 40% of all participants in the procedure are non-partisan citizens. Based on the results of the preliminary vote, they are obliged to join United Russia, which ensures renewal of the party ranks and an influx of new personnel.

Let us remind you that you can submit an application on the website pg.er.ru until the end of April. The voting itself will take place from May 25 to May 31, 2026, and the final list of party candidates will be approved by the congress in the second half of June.
