Servicemen of the 14th separate mechanized brigade named after Prince Roman the Great of the Armed Forces of Ukraine evacuated a cat and a dog from the position by drone. The Ukrainian animal protection organization UAnimals reported this on Facebook on April 6.

Animal rights activists pointed out that the operation was risky, but it turned out to be the only way to save the animals, because leaving them in position was more dangerous.
The cat and the dog flew 12 km under the control of the military. The animals are now safe and with the fighters.
The organization thanked the military “for saving the most vulnerable.”
