In Krasnoyarsk, transport police stopped actions of teenagers who staged deadly games on the railway.
It is reported that on the Ovinny – Meat Processing Plant section, minors rode on the external elements of electric train cars, filming their stunts.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the parents of minor offenders for failure to fulfill duties for their maintenance and upbringing (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
Transport police urge residents of the region do not remain indifferent to the illegal actions of the hookers:
“If you witness riding on the roofs or protruding elements of carriages, immediately report this to railway workers or police officers. Remember, the life and health of children depends on this! Illegal actions of hookers entail administrative punishment in the form of a fine (maximum amount – 4 thousand rubles) or criminal liability under Article 267.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Actions threatening the safe operation of vehicles).”
