The Constanta Environmental Guard carried out several checks after the inhabitants of the municipality claimed a smell of petroleum products, in several areas of the city. “For a few days now, more precisely, from May 1, the inhabitants of Constanta municipality have claimed a smell of petroleum products, in more areas of the city. According to the institution, on both days, the measurements made by the ISU Dobrogea and Engie laboratory, as well as the fixed monitoring stations of APM Constanţa have not registered the presence of gases or COV emissions (volatile organic compounds) that exceed the normal values.
“For a short time, the smell disappeared, so that on May 3, around 10:00, it will be felt again.
