About two thousand residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will go to serve in the army this spring

1 April 17:20

On April 1, Russia began sending recruits to their duty stations. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory they plan to conscript about 2 thousand people, said the military commissar of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Andrei Lysenko.

A third of the conscripts will be sent to study military specialties in training units of different types of troops. Another 28 people will undergo alternative civilian service, which lasts 21 months.

Since 2026, the conscription campaign has become year-round. Medical examination, psychological selection and conscription decisions are carried out throughout the year. At the same time, the dispatch itself to the troops remains the same: from April 1 to July 15 and from October 1 to December 31. The decision on conscription is valid for a year.

The commissariat emphasizes that conscripts will not be sent to new regions of Russia or to the area where the North Military District is being held.

Notification is now carried out through a unified military registration register: the summons is sent to your personal account at Gosuslugi. You cannot refuse to receive it, even if the person has not logged into the system. Failure to appear within 20 days will result in restrictive measures.

As the military commissar of the region Andrei Lysenko noted, notification through the registry is the main innovation. Otherwise the order remained the same. Service life is one year.
