Sergei Lavrov critically about the USA. He talks about “the pursuit of domination”

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov commented on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. He said the situation was “extremely dangerous.” — The consequences of the actions of the Americans and Israelis are very disturbing and they will struggle with them for a very long time, he said.
— The Americans' actions are a clear expression of their desire to dominate energy resources around the world, Lavrov added.
Blockade of the Strait of Hormuz
In response to the American-Israeli attacks, Iran blocks navigation through the Strait of Hormuz for vessels that Tehran believes are associated with hostile countries and their allies. Iran also conducts airstrikes on petrochemical installations belonging to Persian Gulf countries. These are retaliatory strikes against US and Israeli attacks on Iranian installations.
The Strait of Hormuz is the route through which approximately 20% of world volume of crude oil. Its blockade caused a sharp increase in raw material prices on global markets. Disruptions in maritime transport have affected energy supplies to many regions of the world.
