Young specialists and workers in the agricultural sector of the Krasnoyarsk Territory can receive up to a million rubles to settle in rural areas. The state pays them 500 thousand after employment and after three years of work.
Over three years, 950 people have already received such support, 310 of them last year.
Veterinarian Konstantin Knyazev received social benefits in full. At one time, he and his family moved from Zelenogorsk to the countryside. After graduating from the Uyarsky Agricultural College, Konstantin got a job as a veterinary assistant at the Solyanskoe educational establishment in the Rybinsk District, where he still works.
“I wanted to try my hand at farming with a large number of livestock. I like working with animals. The company talked about this support measure, submitted documents and received the first part. I worked for three years and received the second part of the payment. The help was very useful – I made repairs in the service apartment, which was provided by the farm. In general, I would advise young people not to be afraid to go to work at agricultural enterprises. I have never regretted my chosen profession. The main thing is to try to work, get into it, then interest appears when you see the result,” says Konstantin Knyazev.
During his work, Konstantin managed to obtain a higher education at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University. Now he is already the manager of a livestock farm, under his “care” there are about 800 heads of cattle.
Agronomist Parviz Abduraimov also received social benefits for the improvement. When I was studying for a master's degree in Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, I got a job at Uchkhoz Minderlinskoye LLC, received the first part of the “lifting”, and three years later the second payment. Now Parviz works at Pobeda LLC in the Pirovsky District. “I want to work in agriculture and develop. Agronomists are a very popular profession – people always need bread, it is important to grow grain efficiently and correctly. I follow changes in our field, I am constantly in touch with KrasSAU teachers, we change fertilizer application technologies – and this directly affects the result,” says Parviz Abduraimov.
Young specialists and workers under 35 years of age with secondary or higher professional education can count on “lifting” ones. They need to find employment in their specialty within three years after receiving their diploma.
In addition, state assistance is provided for workers in the most in-demand professions in the industry – tractor drivers, truck drivers and machine milking operators. The payment is 500 thousand rubles, it can be received by workers without specialized education and age restrictions, who worked in industries not related to agriculture for five years before concluding an employment contract with an agricultural producer. An employment contract with a future employer is concluded for a minimum of three years. This support measure has been in effect in the region since 2021.
“Today the shortage of personnel in the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory exceeds 2.5 thousand people. The rapidly developing, high-tech agricultural sector requires both highly qualified specialists and representatives of blue-collar professions. Among the personnel support mechanisms operating in the region, this area is the most popular. The funds allow young people or workers who have just started working at an enterprise to resolve some of their everyday issues at the initial stage. The region also has other measures in place to attract specialists, some of them are being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex” of the national project “Technological Ensuring Food Security,” noted Dmitry Voropaev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
