Full lineup for Electric Castle 2026: The Cure, twenty one pilots, Teddy Swims and dozens of other names ready to make a splash at the castle
It's here and it looks fantastic: Electric Castle reveals the full poster of the edition that will take place between July 16 and 19, on the Bánffy field in Bonțida. Opened by superstars The Cure, twenty one pilots and Teddy Swimscomplemented by rock sensations Wet Leg, Nothing But Thieves and LPwith an extravagant hip-hop selection that includes Kneecap, Yung Lean & Bladeeand top electro provided by Mochakk, Chase & Status or Subtronicsthe lineup combines established names and genre-defining avant-garde artists. All with a touch of Hollywood glamour, through the presence of Keanu Reeves via dogstar, at Bontida. Present The Cure and twenty one pilots has already excited the entire Electric Castle community, and it couldn't be otherwise: it's a privilege to listen, live, in a single edition of the festival, to two bands that already have the confirmation of music history and millions of fans around the world. Enthusiasm spirals out of control upon his confirmation Teddy Swims as a premiere in the festival and in Romania: it's impossible for anyone to have missed the fever”Lose Control“, the hit that propelled Teddy Swims to soul-pop stardom. Swims will bring the raw power and emotional intensity of his hits “Bad Dreams,” “The Door” and “Hammer to the Heart” to the festival's main stage.
Three names that say a lot about what the main stage of the 12th EC will look like: Wet Leg, LP and Nothing But Thieves. From a viral single in 2021 to two Grammys in 2023, Wet Leg have quickly become one of the award-winning names in indiethe British. Live, the band deliver hits like 'Chaise Longue', 'Wet Dream' and 'Ur Mum' in a formula that combines post-punk effervescence, feminist attitude and festival-perfect euphoria. He joins them LP (Laura Pergolizzi), the unmistakable voice from New York, artist and songwriter who signed songs for Rihanna and Christina Aguilera before the hit “Lost on You” became a European phenomenon. The same equation of great live shows is also part of Nothing But Thievesthe band with chart-topping albums, billions of streams and concerts that you feel to the core.
EC 2026 also brings to the line-up three of the most challenging names of the European scene: Yung Lean and Bladesthe Swedish visionaries who transformed Scandinavian cloud rap from a niche phenomenon into a global cult, but also Kneecapthe explosive hip-hop trio from Belfast who reinvented political and cultural discourse through a mix of Irishness, rebellion and adrenaline. Still with Irish roots, but in a completely different musical register, Maverick Sabre is preparing a show covering all of his albums, including the gold-certified Lonely Are the Brave.
Carefully refined to cover all genres of electro music, the selection of artists in this musical genre includes Mochakkthe tech-house sensation of the moment, Chase & Status “veterans” of the drum & bass scene, with hits like “Blind Faith” and “End Credits”, sold in over 10 million copies, Subtronics, Kölsch and Deep Dishthe Grammy-winning duo, returning after two decades on the progressive house scene.
It goes without saying that no rock or Matrix fan will miss the concert Dogstarthe band founded and led by Keanu Reeves. Dogstar brings new material to the festival proving that their comeback is much more than just a nostalgic moment. Plus, all his charisma Keanuof course.
