The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) announced on Thursday that approximately 3.2 million people have been temporarily displaced inside Iran as a result of the ongoing conflict. According to UNHCR, most of the displaced people have moved from Tehran and other large cities to northern regions and rural areas.
