Between April 7-9, in Oeiras, Romania will meet the 3 opponents from group C of the Europe/Africa I regional competition. Then, depending on the position in which they will rank, Alexandra Dulgheru's team will play either for promotion in the Billie Jean King Cup play-off, or to avoid relegation to the Europe/Africa II group.
These matches will be played on April 10-11. Only 3 teams from the 4 groups will gain access to the BJK Cup play-off, and 4 teams will be relegated to the Europe/Africa II group.
