On Wednesday, the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Bialystok announced that she had initiated an investigation into irregularities in a road accident proceedings involving former Prime Minister Beata Szydło.
Let us remind you that a loud accident occurred February 10, 2017 with the participation of cars from the government column and Fiat Seicento, as a result of which passengers of one of these cars and the then Prime Minister Beata Szydło suffered injuries.
The prosecutor's office in the communiqué indicates that it is about irregularities in the period from February 13, 2017 to February 27, 2023 in Krakow and other places, at short intervals “in the execution of the intention in advance, exceeding the rights and failure to fulfill their duties by public officials during the performance of official duties in the course of the preparatory proceedings, and then in jurisdiction proceedings before the District Court in Oświęcim and in appeal proceedings before the District Court in Krakow. “

According to the prosecutor's office, this made it difficult to clarify all the circumstances of the case, which was acted to the detriment of the private interest and the public interest in the form of citizens' trust in the action of justice bodies and equal treatment of citizens before the law.
