A truck from Krasnoyarsk with 7 tons of meat without veterinary documents was detained in Khakassia

On the Yenisei federal highway near Abakan on the night of February 25, a truck carrying a large shipment of meat without documents was stopped.
As reported by sibnovosti.ru with reference to the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for Khakassia and Tyva, 5.5 tons of frozen pork and more than 1.6 tons of chicken (breast, wing, gizzards) were found in the van.
The raid was carried out jointly with traffic police officers at the 406th kilometer of the highway. A total of 10 vehicles carrying livestock products were checked. The cargo from Krasnoyarsk was intended for retail chains in Khakassia, but the driver did not have veterinary documents for it.
Transportation was suspended until the violations were eliminated. Warnings were issued to the carrier and shipper.
