Failure at PKO BP. What's going on?


The failure at PKO BP began on Thursday after 3 p.m. Then the first reports appeared on the downdetector.pl website. The number of reports was increasing every minute. PKO customers complained, among others: for application problems. “Neither AI chat nor blik works. What's going on?” – asks one user.
Customers also started reporting the failure on the bank's Facebook profile. “You can't pay by card either”; “Login not working” – these are some of the comments.
On Wednesday at 16.30 PKO BP issued a statement. He assures that card payments work without any problems.
“There are difficulties in using the iPKO, iPKO biznes and Inteligo websites and the IKO application. The cards work without any problems. We are working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience,” we read in the PKO BP statement.
