
The explosion at the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Smolensk region was ordered by telephone scammers from Ukraine. 30-year-old Dmitry Dmitriev is their victim.
According to Mash, as a result of a telephone scam, the man obtained loans worth 5 million rubles and transferred them to “safe accounts.” And then I drove my Citroen with an IED to the police to have my debts written off. He brought it into the building on Dzerzhinsky Street under the guise of a folder with documents and was detained at the entrance. As a result of the explosion, two employees received shell shock and were hospitalized.
