Elena Ksenofontova (in the series – Eleonora, the boss’s ex-wife) did not pay the utility bills to the Stolitsa HOA from December 1 last year to October 31 this year. Almost 278 kilos of rubles were accumulated, plus penalties – 18,607 rubles, postage costs per hundred square meters and state duty – almost 5k. The company filed a lawsuit.
