There is consent to search for the remains of Polish victims in Huta Pieniacka
“The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has issued another permit to carry out exploration work in the area of the former village of Huta Pieniacka (currently within the borders of the villages of Żarkiv and the village of Hołubytsia in the Lviv region). The decision was made after considering the application, which was received on February 16, 2026,” said the press release published on the ministry's website.
