Miodrag Belodedici, grieved by the posture in which he arrived: “I have no work with football”

Miodrag Belodedici, winner of two champions cups, together with Steaua (1986) and Red Star Belgrade (1991), has been working for 20 years within the FRF. The nickname “Căprioara”, due to the grace with which he evolved, was disappointed by the posture in which he arrived, during a discussion at a podcast. One of the greatest athletes in the history of Romania said he no longer has “Work with football”dealing with PR events for federation.

Belo regrets not to be held by the coach, which he had taken after he withdrew from the activity. He had received two groups of children, at a private school in Valencia, but 20 years ago he accepted Mircea Sandu's offer to come to work during the federation and there has remained so far. FRF does not take advantage of his experience as a great player, but sends him to inaugurations, premiers and events of PR.

Inaugurate lands to villages

“This is what I do, I am employed in the federation and I receive many phones from the corners of the country, who organizes children's, female tournament, inaugurations of land in villages, in all kinds of … call me and ask me to come, to stay with them, to give prizes to children. And I get a lot of phones, a lot. I don't have to do with football. (No one did you ever think about a coach?) I did the coaches school in Valencia, I started there, I was a coach in children and juniors in Valencia, at a private school.

I stayed for a year. After that, Mircea Sandu called me. I was a coach of two groups of children in Spain. And I came to the federation and here I am not, I did not … here I finished school, the PRO license, but I did not start training. Gabi Balint told me to go, to start training both, to do … and I got to the federation and there we stayed ”said Miodrag Belodedici, at a podcast.
